* We appreciate all ideas to improve the software. If we get demand for an idea it will most likely be programmed into the next revision of the software.
* If you need help or a how-to please watch the video tutorials and/or see the FAQ page before emailing us. Most questions have already been answered in those two places.
* We strive to answer emails within 2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays we do not answer emails.

When sending a bug report make sure to include the following information if possible:
* The name and version of the software you are using (You can see that in the about dialog box).
* The operating system you are using.
* The amount of RAM, example 2GB RAM.
* The error message if any.
* Can you reproduce the error (This is very important).
* Description of when it happened and what you were doing in the program (The more detailed the more easier for us to track it down and fix it). Note that if you just email us that "the program is not working", it will not help us. We need to know as much details as possible.
* Any other information that you think would be useful to fix the problem.
