| This will demonstration how Embroidery Draw can easily create a symmetric tree by using some of its advanced features. |
First the image is loaded in. The tree was resized to 75mm within Embroidery Draw. Next it is moved to the center of the drawing pad. |
The image was lightened within Embroidery Draw so that it can be traced easier. Note that the left side is only traced. The Bezier Curve tool was used to create a smooth curve look for the tree’s leafs. |
Here is the bottom part of the image traced. |
The left side of the tree was copied and pasted. The pasted object was mirrored around the top point of the tree. |
Now the tree is symmetric on both sides. The line at the bottom was added for completeness to the tree. |
Tree is being resized to 20 mm. |
The tree is saved as a custom tool pattern and can easily be used within Embroidery Draw in another design. This saves you time by not having to recreate the tree. You can also create a library of the custom tool patterns and sell them off the internet or give them away to friends. |
Since some of the trees placed overlapped a few others, they can easily be moved with the simple mover. By using the simple mover in Embroidery Draw, objects can be moved with a click and drag of the mouse. Notice the tree in red (tree is selected), it took one click on the tree and the entire tree was selected and ready to be moved. |
